Richard Hughes is an experienced Strength & Conditioning professional who has over 25 years experience of fitness conditioning, Personal Training, specialising in Individual Athlete Development in team sports, Mobility and Rehabilitation work. Richard has a successful track record for training and working with Athletes, Celebrities, World Record Holders, Regional & International Rugby Players, Premiership/Championship Footballers and National Teams, Academies, Artists, Groups and Dancers. Dedicated and innovative in his approach to supporting both high profile clients & each individual enhancing their ability, reaching their goals and fulfilling their potential. Richard currently works for Cardiff Blues and Cardiff City FC working in the area of Mobility & Recovery / Athletic Development Curriculum.
